The Walmart Global Audit Transformation and Enablement Team is hiring a Manager (170-H) of Global Audit Methodology and Training. This Audit Change Manager will report to the Director of the Audit Transformation and Enablement Team. You will work with the Director as an important team member to coordinate and facilitate new initiatives in Audit Team Organizational Structure, Methodology, Communications, and Trainings for program changes and process optimization across the greater Walmart Global Audit Team.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Help Manage Transformation and Change Management Communications for audit frameworks and functions across the greater Global Audit Team
  • Support your Audit Transformation Team on securing new methodologies for various audit departments by streamlining initiatives and authoring critical communications
  • Create and Deliver Trainings on the changes your team implements
  • Help Publish our Quarterly Newsletter for the Walmart Global Audit Team
  • Develop Training Programs and Materials made through the directions of Senior-level management and compiling them in simple and digestible parts
  • Become a Trusted Advisor by developing relationships with other teams. Be a go-to resource across the organization to pinpoint and resolve issues

What you'll bring:

  • You have 3+ years' experience in Audit, Training, Change Management, and Chief of Staff-type Communications in Audit preferably within a large corporation or management consulting firm.
  • You have interest in internal audit functions, methodology, internal controls and how they are implemented and streamlined across a large growing enterprise.
  • You have a desire to grow your career in Change Management, Training and Communications within Finance, Audit or other dedicated departments.
  • You create efficiencies in the audit process by leveraging data analytics and implementing automation and integration opportunities.
  • You think creatively and strategically and are comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • You are a natural communicator who enjoys producing and presenting written communications, delivering corporate trainings, and leading others in change management activities for a large and diverse team with varied functions or areas of specialization.
  • You work well both taking direction from and influencing executive-level management, including C-Levels.
  • You are at your best working in a team environment.
