Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Program Manager - Medical located in Austin TX.
What a typical day looks like:- Plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- ISO 134875 > Validation / Auditing Medical Devises
- Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various levels of complexity.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverable are met.
- Support production sites for projects, costs, and other customer related matters
- Make changes and maintain stability.

- BS in Engineering OR Equivalent work experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in program administration/ management or related area.
- Manufacturing or Equivalent Engineering
- Outstanding Communication with Customers and other Cross Functional Teams - with ability to manage expectations and influence in a positive and confident manner
- Manufacturing Experience
- Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
- Accountability for the program wellness.
- Managed more than 1 Customer Accounts at any given time
