• To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Program Manager - Medical located in Austin TX.
  
  What a typical day looks like:
  • Plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
  • ISO 134875 > Validation / Auditing Medical Devises
  • Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.
  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various levels of complexity.
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and track that project and program deliverable are met.
  • Support production sites for projects, costs, and other customer related matters
  • Make changes and maintain stability.

  The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • BS in Engineering OR Equivalent work experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in program administration/ management or related area.
  • Manufacturing or Equivalent Engineering
  • Outstanding Communication with Customers and other Cross Functional Teams - with ability to manage expectations and influence in a positive and confident manner
  • Manufacturing Experience
  • Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
  • Accountability for the program wellness.
