Job Description/ Duties and Responsibilities
- Extensive experience with managing administrative rights and oversight of Microsoft O365 platforms such as SharePoint and Teams
- Site and Team creation, permissions, management, and design
- Workflow creation, management, and consolidation
- Demonstrated, senior level experience translating business processes into automated software solutions in the Microsoft environment.
- Experience with the Platform architecture, installation, configuration, and administration of SharePoint 2019, Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
- Use of Agile methodology to formulate stories and success criteria related to features.
- Routing and completion of incidents in the ServiceNow platform
- Consult with clients to analyze and understand functions to be automated, client needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
- Analyze, define, and document system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
- Analyze and estimate feasibility, time, compatibility with other systems, and computer capabilities.
- Analyze, assist with installs, and test upgrades of internally/externally developed application programs.
- Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program.
- Train end users or technical support staff to use SharePoint and Teams
- Create KPI's for, monitor and provide reporting on the performance of programs after implementation.
- Good planning, organization, and work managements skills
PROGRAM DESIGN
- Develop and maintain plans outlining steps and timetables for developing, auditing, testing, and installing applications.
- Design and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in one or many of Healthfirst's programming languages (SPfX, SQL)
- Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
- Write documentation or review documentation written by others which describes installation and operating procedures.
TEST AND REVIEW
- Create test scenarios and run tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications.
- Analyze codes to find causes of errors and revise programs.
- Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to attain client approval.
- Analyze, assist installs, and test upgrades of internally/externally developed application programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Support Solutions: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook & OneDrive
- Experience building custom SharePoint web parts and custom SharePoint workflows• Understanding of building SharePoint customizations using site definitions, custom content types, features, and solution packages.
- Extensive industry experience as an Application Development in following area's:
- SharePoint and other document management systems
- Agile development processes and continuous integration.
- Working with remote and offshore resources.
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to know when SharePoint is not the right solution for a business problem and can communicate this effectively.
- Application and Training: PowerShell scripting, AI, Power Automate, Tableau, Splunk, SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint, Sharegate, Active Directory, Service Now
- Experience with building integrations
- Bachelor's degree in technical field from an accredited institution.
- Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) Certifications or relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of the Service Now ticket system

Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $91,900 - $132,770
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $80,900 - $120,360
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
