About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Sr. Business Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, data, sales, support and product marketing. The ideal candidate will have a "customer first" mindset and the skills to deliver meaningful capabilities to our customers and internal groups.
You'll be joining the product group that supports CrowdStrike's Commerce initiatives and will support the success of the platform offerings and automation capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive product growth, conducting research, developing strategies, building stakeholder buy-in, and coordinating development with cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with several teams across departments to formulate innovative processes and/or products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work with the best in the business and develop a deep understanding of our Ecommerce business and customers. We need you to bring your creativity, problem-solving, and energy to this high-profile position focusing on strategic projects.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our Ecommerce business, the competitive landscape, market trends and buyer behavior to identify product and/or process opportunities.
  • Partner with internal/external stakeholders to pursue areas of opportunity and collaboration, working to align intent, resources, and prioritization.
  • Connect regularly with internal and external customers to understand their goals and needs, translating those into actionable deliverables.
  • Develop a deep understanding of who our customers are and how they use CrowdStrike products in order to create user experiences that engage meaningfully and build loyalty.
  • Conduct broad and comprehensive research and competitive analysis for products or product lines to deliver added value to users, identifying new growth opportunities via quantitative research, UX studies, and reviews of industry standard methodologies.
  • Produce requirements and work with the corresponding cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive product experiences.
  • Serve as the point person for your product area; communicating state of business, experiment results, use cases, etc. to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
What You'll Need:
  • Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in fast-paced environments.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering both enterprise and consumer SaaS products.
  • 5+ years of product management, program management, and/or business development experience in Ecommerce.
  • 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional team members such as engineering, design, sales, salesforce teams, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience with product optimization work i.e. funnel/user acquisition, conversion, and optimization.
  • 3+ years of experience with navigating and developing reports in Salesforce.
  • Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.
  • Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction based on customer needs.
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility, especially user flow.
  • Experience making analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results of the analyses.
  • Comfort thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and balancing long term execution as well as short-term projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills that shine when you're talking with a customer, cross-functional partner, or engaging a diverse audience.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to execute in an environment where things are not always crystal clear.
  • Passion for cross-functional collaboration and comfort in the spotlight of high-visibility initiatives- you will be part of a small team with the opportunity to make a big impact.
  • The ability to educate and inspire cross-functional teams utilizing your strong written communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience developing e-commerce solutions E2E (from user acquisition, conversion, to renewal)
  • Experience with cybersecurity
