Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Spanish Speaking Customer Logistics Administrator located in Warrington.

Reporting to the Senior Team Leader the Spanish Speaking Customer Logistics Administrator role involves s erving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory related questions/concerns.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Communicates regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments and in case of discrepancies, work with couriers on fastest resolution.
  • Work in conjunction and communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections.
  • Review, follow-up and resolution of open orders.
  • Arrange for parts orders cancellations.
  • Review, follow up and resolution of parts returned with non-conforming quality.
  • Review and follow up on manufacturing alerts, parts set up and parts escalations.
  • System maintenance of drop point addresses.
  • Trouble shooting of operational issues on logistics movements.
  • Data reporting (KPI's, Scorecards) on focus areas to direct management.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • GCSE in English or equivalent
  • Advanced language skills in Spanish (preferably native speaker) is an advantage
  • Previous work experience in a similar environment / customer service role is considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent problem solving, time management & communication skills
  • Adaptable to work in a challenging, fast paced and changing working environment.
  • Team player who can fit seamlessly into an existing team and is able to provide support to the team when needed.
  • Working Knowledge of MS office apps an advantage
  • Eligible to work in the UK
