Retail Advice and Solutions (RAS) brings together the extraordinary face-to-face advice expertise of Prudential Advisors with Prudential's Hybrid Advisory team and digital advice capabilities - creating a single organization with end-to-end accountability for delivering holistic financial advice and solutions across the entire advice continuum. The Direct-to-Consumer team within (RAS) is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Analyst who will help develop and execute on new strategies and tactical plans that will grow the retail business and drive sales.


The desired candidate will possess superior project and program management skills, business acumen, adapts quickly to changing situations and works well with cross-functional teams. Their core focus is on outcomes, and they possess a passion for building new capabilities within an agile environment.

About the Role:
You will play a significant role in shaping and influencing the company's growth strategy. As part of the RAS Digital and Hybrid team, you will work closely with senior leaders to evaluate new business opportunities and analyze emerging trends that will influence current and future strategies. You will play a critical role in strategic planning and execution to drive a profitable and customer focused digital and hybrid retail business. You will support and lead initiatives that will help transform the company and align with long-term growth initiatives. This role will be a part of an exciting and engaging environment with an agile mindset, where you will be encouraged to expand your skills, test your creative boundaries, share new ideas, and have fun while driving outcomes.

What you can expect:

• Assess, build and execute on the digital advice and product roadmap that addresses consumer needs and is consistent with business strategy.
• Coordinate with multiple functional teams in prioritizing new build and optimization of sales enablement features and facilitate testing, feedback, and aligning business needs with initiatives; these capabilities include the CRM (i.e., Salesforce), advisor tools, and other digital platforms.
• Understand competitive market and strategic opportunities.
• Partner closely with analytics, finance, marketing hybrid and agile teams to monitor data-driven trends and diagnose opportunities to optimize; cultivate initiatives as needed to solve for gaps.
• Create strategic presentations that tell a story via slides, manage timelines, and coordinate inputs from inside and outside the RAS organization to inform and influence decision making with senior leadership.

What you'll need:
• 5-7+ years overall business experience, with deep understanding of financial services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into compelling presentations.
• Able to bring a flexible approach and solutions-focused mindset to RAS with the ability to react quickly to new information, opinions and direction.
• Good listener with a keen ability to knit together disparate sources of information into a strong strategic narrative.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of management levels, cultures and business partners.
• Strong ownership mentality with exceptional resourcefulness and drive for results.
• Ability to juggle different projects/priorities independently and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure.
• Strong partnering skills and ability to work collaboratively across a large organization/outside partners.

The salary range for this role is from $86,300.00 to $128,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
