We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Connected Systems Team in Peachtree City or Atlanta, GA. You'll be responsible for growing, managing, and developing our WaveLinx Digital Lighting Solutions.

What you'll do
  • Leads and manages product strategy, creation, and portfolio management using the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion).
  • Defines product strategy and plans and translates into clear product specifications for R&D to achieve short, mid, and long-term business results.
  • Steers the NPDL (New Product Development Launch) process from initial phase to final product, including mapping the competitive landscape and tracking competitor launches.
  • Manages sales and IGM (Integral Gross Margin) at the product/systems/services level, drives iCOS development, and connects with customers to gather direct market insights.
  • Promotes cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organization agility throughout the product lifecycle to generate maximum profit contribution.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of experience in product management, including portfolio management and product creation
  • 3+ years of experience working with systems or enterprise solutions; must have experience with controls, ideally in BMS (Building Management Systems)
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills, with experience in managing sales and inventory
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with customers, gather market insights, and translate them into value propositions for products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organization agility
  • Able to t ravel up to 50%
