Overview
As a Senior Presentation Designer you'll be joining a team consisting of cross-disciplinary creatives as an expert in visual design along with a team of motion, experiential, and content designers who raise the bar on end-to-end experiences across multiple disciplines. You'll combine your love of deep design craft with storytelling. The Presentation Designer reports to the Design Group Manager under Brand and Marketing.
This role is based in our Mountain View office, with 2-3 days per week onsite.
What you'll bring
- 5+years of experience in visual design, prototyping, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or other relevant field
- Deep knowledge of design principles and methods
- Graphic design: visualization/interpretation of ideas
- Ability to take complex to simple; design audience-back
- Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Mastery of design tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
- A dazzling online portfolio
- Storyteller: Must be able to create a cohesive story/direction and visualize complex content
- Intrapersonal acumen: Be able to partner with Sr. leaders; have and advocate for a POV based on VOE and best practices
- Initiate and establish a clear creative direction, generate varied options to achieving the best outcome
- Flexible/Nimble: adjust to feedback quickly and deliver awesome.

How you will lead
- Articulate complex visions through simple, elegant designs
- Engage with customers and learn quickly through iterative prototyping
- Push and evolve visual frameworks and patterns based on brand guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, product developers/engineers, researchers, care, and analytics partners
- Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
- Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
- Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
