Who we are looking for
Cambridge MA State Street Associates is looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for designing , implementing and supporting our research data and analytical environment using third-party and in-house tools by leveraging PL/SQL , Java , Python and/or Matlab to automate the ETL, financial prototypes , products and data quality platform from the ground.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
- Financial mathematical model development ,optimization and support.
- Identify and support strategic product enhancements and additions.
- Resolve production issues of varying complexity as required.
- Periodic user access management and compliance reporting and review.
- Act as a point of contact for all access/technical problems/support inquiries from business quantitative analyst.
- Vendor data analysis and technical relationship management
- VLDB environment fine grain control ,Oracle experience preferred.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
