THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
FanDuel is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Production Support Team and drive resolution of bug fixes and technical debt. You will play a key role on the Customer Operations Automation team and will collaborate with multiple departments within the company using Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate our Salesforce environment and user experience at a premier gaming company.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Amazon Connect, Salesforce Einstein Bot (Required)
- Work closely with external developer teams to write our requirements, test a solution, manage the release into production and provide production support where needed
- Work as a production support team member, investigating and assisting users with requests and resolving bugs.
- Proactively identify bugs and work to resolve them in the system to improve user experience
- Identify areas in the system where technical debt should be re-architected
- Assist in managing Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on Salesforce
- Create and implement changes to applications, objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages
- Deep expertise with Lightning flows, process builder, skills-based routing, queue based routing, email-to-case, web-to-case and other advanced Salesforce platform features
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, inclusive of custom report types
- Develop and maintain effective documentation on integrations, processes, and other solutions on Confluence
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Salesforce Administrator role within a large, fast moving organization; experience in an online business a plus
- Salesforce Admin 201 certification or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (required)
- Salesforce Consultant certification(s) in any of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experience in an online or SAAS based business preferred with 1000+ users
- Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment using tools and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Confluence and Jira
- Experience with dataloader, excel for data clean up, and querying with workbench
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems
- Proven ability to analyze situations for opportunities for automation projects

The applicable salary range for this position is $74,000 - $96,600, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
