Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a [ Regional Project Specialist ] located in [Shanghai, China].
What a typical day looks like:
- Be responsible for regular regional reports.
- Coordinate in regional HR projects with internal and external clients.
- Explores the external market and internal best practices and implements appropriate best practices & innovations in the organization.
- Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
- Administration coordination support.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- 0-2 years of professional HR experience.
- Master, major in English is highly preferred.
- Familiar with project management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software, excel, PPT etc.
- A result-driven, an out-of-the-box thinker and solutions-oriented individual adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and embrace working collaboratively with a high- energy group of individuals.
