You will ensure the quality and reliability of new products during the design stage according to the needs of the customer
You will e nsure that customer feedback is embedded in the product development process using CTQ-s
You will prevent incidents by ensuring robust design
You will develop and coach the R&D Team with tools and methodologies like DFSS and FMEA

What you 'll need

You have a u niversity degree in engineering
You have e xperience in using q uality assurance methods and tools ( e.g. DFSS, FMEA) and having an eye for quality
You have project management skills (and ideally experience in product development projects)
You have an analytical mindset
You are customer centric
You have impactful communication and influencing skills
You speak English and Polish
