Work you'll do
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities, evaluate feasibility of requirements, determine priorities, and conceive enhancements for the business' overall technology roadmap(s).
- Leverage technical skills to support technical initiatives within a project, including ETL development, software testing, data visualization, software development, cloud integrations, and more.
- Align the business, technical and process components of a successful project by driving accountability throughout the whole team.
- Plan and execute functional and user acceptance testing based on user-facing capabilities
- Mitigate business and technology risk as well as create a trust model to help deliver continual and sprint driven deliverables.
- Implement standards, guidelines, and metrics aimed at delivering business value quickly and efficiently.
- Lead product management initiatives, such as requirements gathering (technical and functional), product roadmaps, business analytics, backlog and user story management, and data transformation strategies.
- Manage relationships with outside vendors. May serve internal or external clients.
- Monitor compliance with standards, procedures, and methodologies. Identifies and proposes opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to deliver, maintain, support business solutions.
- Working with the scrum team, and internal / external stakeholders to remove blockers and impediments by coordinating with other Scrum Masters and teams, to influence and drive decision making, and support organizational project or product teams.
- Understanding the product(s) and technology your team(s) supports/uses.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are a must as you will be working directly with clients
- Communicating regularly with engagement leaders, project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development
- 4+ years of experience in consulting or client delivery roles
- Understanding of cloud technologies and general aptitude for technology is preferred.
- Technology implementation or development within one of the following; Capital Markets Advisory (e.g., Credit Portfolios, Transaction Management, Portfolio Analysis, Asset Disposition, etc.), Credit Risk Advisory (Mortgage Products, Loan Lifecycle, Asset Management, Reverse, Commercial Mortgage Products, etc.), Regulatory Compliance, Accounting, and Internal Controls
- Business process reengineering experience; Ability to build process models and executable workflows
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - and ability to modify messaging based on intended audience (e.g., technologist to PPMD).
- Self-starter who can navigate a matrixed organization to achieve outlined objectives.
- Effective listener who understands business objectives and can drive US/Global teams to deliver against those objectives.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,370-$141,000.
