Labcorp is looking for an exceptional Product Development Associate for their direct to consumer business to both develop new products and grow the consumer business, Labcorp OnDemand.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Labcorp's scientific leadership to support Labcorp OnDemand's direct to consumer product offerings for both home collection products and offerings through Labcorp's patient services centers.
- Support cross-functional coordination to accelerate launch timing for new products within our consumer business.
- Manage new and current product portfolio projects, including: coordinating product page updates, value proposition definitions, competitive assessment, and product-specific marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to support submissions for new consumer offerings.
- Support evaluation and prioritization of new test categories to bring to market through collaboration with the Customer Insights and Customer Service teams.
- Synthesize internal and external insights to adjust and manage the product roadmap for the consumer business.
- Evaluate portfolio purchasing trends to advise on marketing prioritization and new content development.
- Monitor market trends and competitors in the consumer-initiated testing category
Requirements
- 2-5 years in product marketing, product development, or project management.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, life sciences or equivalent.
- Proven ability to successfully drive projects from concept to realization, with strong adherence to timelines.
- Strong team collaboration and ability to work cross functionally across marketing, operations, engineering, and R&D.
- Excellent track record of managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Healthcare experience preferred (but not required).

Pay Range: $70,000 to 75,000 salary
