Producer will ensure execution and on-time delivery of the GenAI creative projects, across the entire pipeline. This person will help to bring creative ideas to life, and ensure that the team executes the vision set by the Creative Director and executive leadership of the company. This role will be highly cross-functional and execution focused.

Producer, GenAI Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative and operational production of character development.
  • Contribute to ideation and development of characters.
  • Develops timelines and milestones of the projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to serve a global audience
  • Work cross-functionally, balance the needs of stakeholders, and break down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas
  • Partner with the finance team on defining and adhering to a budget.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of industry experience in creative content development in the entertainment or technology industries.
  • Experience to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, technical work environment.
  • Effective creative problem-solving skills with experience to identify solutions that work for multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the experience to communicate complex, sometimes abstract, concepts clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Hollywood.
  • A proven track record of successful launches.
