About the team + role
The Physical Security Systems Specialist role will be responsible for the health and maintenance of Robinhood’s Physical Security Systems Infrastructure. You will support the post installation life cycle of physical security hardware by leveraging internal and external teams to help maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace systems critical devices. Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to): systems administration and programming, testing and commissioning, maintaining inventory, maintaining metrics and reports that drive business decisions, as well as maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners and vendors.

What you’ll do
- Ensure functionality and preventative maintenance of all physical security hardware across enterprise
- Account for all Robinhood inventory of physical security systems stock hardware.
- Provide support for Robinhood Security cross-functional partners, vendors, and integrators.
- Maintain Tier 1-2 support for break/fix queue for all service initiatives - troubleshoot, coordinate the appropriate response to resolve all systems related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain incoming ticketing queue and fulfilling systems requests (experience with Jira platform a plus).
- Perform programming on newly installed security devices; drive preventative maintenance which supports the healthy device lifecycles
- Monitor and maintain all service & request metrics
- Be hands on with physical security devices including testing and commissioning
- Work with Network Engineers, IT, Workplace, and Real Estate teams to both troubleshoot and monitor system related issues.
- Providing technical support for end users of physical security deployed technologies.
- Maintain accurate systems repository including loadsheets and drawings
- Routinely run occupancy reports that drive business decisions
- After hours/weekend support required for critical issues when necessary
What you bring
- 3+ years of the deployment, maintenance, and administration of physical security systems experience
- Ability to act as a Systems Administrator for Access Control, Alarm Management, Video Management and Visitor Management (Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, 2N, and Envoy)
- Experience using tools such as Looker & JIRA for metrics collection, assessment, and recommendations on workflow improvements
- Genetec SC-OTC-001 and SC-STC-001 Certifications is a plus

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
