The People Communications Director is dedicated to driving the firm's human capital priorities through the business, among our people and into the marketplace. This critical role is a strategist and advisor to the business, as well as a key leader across the Communications function.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Overseeing internal, external, social and executive visibility for the human capital function;
  • Being a strategic advisor and business partner who is able to connect the dots to drive the business and communications strategy;
  • Leading the ongoing planning and execution of the People, Talent Attraction & Benefits Communications Strategy and driving all priorities through the business segments;
  • Serving a key connected across the communications function to drive our people experience through the business;
  • Managing & leading a team of 8-10 communications professionals, by creating continuous opportunities to learn and grow through hands-on coaching and real-time development opportunities;
  • Understanding and appreciating the power of both internal and external communications as crucial in together driving the firm's communications strategy;
  • Driving change through experience and knowledge of the business with data-led expertise in communications;
  • Developing and managing multi-faceted campaigns with specific focus on leveraging verbal and written communications skills with the capacity to be able to take to the organizational level;
  • Messaging and distilling campaigns into short, straightforward, and digestible content (e.g. op-eds, talking points, briefings, social media), tailored and applicable to all priority audiences;
  • Possessing the ability to thrive in high-stress situations by projecting confidence and authority to senior firm leaders;
  • Demonstrating an individual commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging best communications practices, while holding team members accountable; and,
  • Adhering to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
