Overview
PCI is a principal lending business in the US focused on corporate direct lending, digital and conventional infrastructure lending, fund financing, and special situation lending. You will focus on rating and distributing loan products originated by PCI with a focus on insurance company investors. We are looking for a Director with experience in deal structuring, in particular rating structured credit assets, and relationships with rating agency firms and familiarity with rating methodologies across a broad range of asset classes. You will work across the lending verticals to identify rate-able transactions and assist in marketing them to potential investors.

What You'll Do
- Familiarizing yourself with PCI business and transaction types
- Helping to originate rate-able transactions for underwriting and distribution
- Focusing on refinancing opportunities of transactions on the books that can be rated
- Working with rating agencies to structure financing transactions
How You'll Lead
- You will take a lead role in structuring and rating transactions across the Business lines
- You will work with each of the PCI pods to develop transactions and pivot to the prevailing opportunity set
- Key stakeholders include PCI and the institutional sales force as there will be a key focus on distribution to insurance clients, both public and private
Skills You'll Need
- Extensive experience working on rated structured credit transactions
- Structuring expertise that can lend itself to corporate, infrastructure and real estate lending transactions
- Preference for a degree in engineering, science, or finance
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Series 7 and 63 certifications
- Ability to work in a team but also independently
- Ability to lead structuring assignments and work with rating agencies
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190K to $300K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
