Partner Account Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Engage directly with dedicated accounts, utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, and online meetings to facilitate their understanding of iHomefinder products and maximize their business potential with us.
    • Consistently exceed departmental channel sales goals, ensuring quarterly revenue targets are met through strategic partner sales initiatives.
    • Educate our dedicated partners on iHomefinder product offerings, enhancing their clients' online presence. You'll be explaining wholesale pricing and addressing any queries about our solutions.
    • Provide prompt follow-ups with current partners via phone or email, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Proactively identify and resolve partner issues, ensuring their seamless experience with our products and services.
    • Enhance your expertise in our offerings and processes, continually refining partner management strategies for maximum effectiveness.
    • Maintain accurate records of account management activities in Salesforce, ensuring a comprehensive overview of partner interactions.
    • Collaborate with Partner, Support, and Marketing teams to develop compelling sales, marketing, and training materials tailored for our partners.
    • Track, calculate, and facilitate Partner Sales Bonuses, acknowledging and rewarding successful partnerships.
    • Offer additional support to the partner department by assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
    • Performs other duties as requested by management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • An Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit. Taking the initiative to hit - then exceed - individual goals.
    • Polished written and verbal communication skills are a must.
    • Prior experience working in a high paced, evolving environment.
    • Strong customer focus.
    • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to nurture, track and report on lead.
    • Experience with or a desire to learn software-as-a-service sales.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
    • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
    • Previous sales experience is a plus.

$55,000 - $65,000 a year

This position may be based remotely and pays an annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000.

This job will remain open through January 15th, 2024.
