Oracle Supply Chain Management Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Leadership and promote WWT Core Values
  • Grow and Develop members of your Team: Understand their goals and work with them to achieve, hold regular and effective 1 on 1s, provide real-time coaching and engage in difficult conversations as needed, recognize, and reward the right behaviors
  • Provide input into team members' compensation, hiring/performance improvement decisions, and promotions
  • Create and foster an atmosphere of mentoring, quality, diversity, collaboration, and improvement by actively coaching your team members
  • Escalate and remove impediments from the teams to help them be as effective as possible
  • Work with the team to provide innovative IT solutions to business challenges that align to the product strategy
  • Enable training for team members on the tools and project functionalities
  • Provide functional and technical leadership while promoting best practices and direction to team members.
  • Partner with external vendor, customers, and internal teams to manage implementations and ongoing steady support

Relevant Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, or a technical-related field
  • 8+ Years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Developer, or Solutions Architect preferably, but not required, in supporting a supply chain or manufacturing process
  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience and passion for supervising/managing and developing people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Strong understanding of Project Management/business process and how technology can enhance and improve these processes preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to gather requirements, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities, design and implementation specs, application configuration, workflow configuration, UI configuration, development of reporting, development of requirement integration components, and testing and QA; must be able to coach the team through this process
  • Experience utilizing AGILE processes, methodologies, and practices
  • Preferred experience with Custom Web applications standards and interactions with an RDBMS.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes: Warehouse Management, Inventory management, Order Management, Purchasing, and Planning processes.
  • Experience with working a support queue
  • Ability to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams
  • To be a good active listener and communicator
