Overview
- Support MRD juice+ relaunch to drive brand KPIs, incl awareness and penetration
- Lead new products/flavors launch, including non alcohol beer launch and other premium innovations
- Co-work with Franchise team and PBB team to land programs to drive brand penetration and availability
- Manage A&M budget and contracts to assure full alliance with financial control policies and executed according to China region DOA.
Responsibilities
Launch Mirinda brand communication and campaign development to drive brand KPIs incl. awareness and penetration:
- 1.Support on Juice+ relaunch incl repositioning, package design, launch strategy to upgrade the brand and capture new growth opportunity
- 2.Lead new products/flavors launch campaign development, incl non alcohol beer launch, etc.
- 3.Implement key marketing campaign and activities. The campaigns shall well balance brand short-term and long term development goals. It's tracked through brand KPIs, -shipment results and MU on-ground events acceptance and execution levels.
- 4.Co-work with Franchise team and PBB team to land programs to drive brand penetration and availability.
- 5.Co-work with global team to lift and shift brand campaign idea and potential NPD
- 6.A&M budget control and application process shall be well managed with full alliance with financial control policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 5 years+ solid brand marketing experience
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese a must;
- Good English speaking, writing and reading ability; -University degree;
- Experience with FMCG companies like P&G, J&J and Unilever is highly preferred;
- Strategic thinking with an analytical mind; -Brand-building development experience required; -Advertising development and execution experience required;
- Innovation & project management experience required; -Strong sense of creative instinct and judgment, in-tune with teen values / culture / trends;
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills;
- Drives for results and establishes priorities;
- Passionate in growing brand and in taking on business challenges;
- Collaboration and communicates productively;
