You have the unique opportunity to join Humana, a Fortune 40 company and a leader in technology implementations among health insurers. Your mission places you as a critical liaison between Humana's Technology Strategy organization and technology teams which support all Humana business units. You will manage the development of a product which not only makes Technical Debt visible to business units but which also streamlines the process for getting it resolved. Reporting to the CTO organization, you will have the opportunity to build your own team to solve the most important technology challenges at an important time for our company: Understanding the challenges faced by the business, curating sources of Technical Debt, and managing a new product which will help set the direction for technology at Humana.
The Lead, IT Product Management, works with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs. Ensures final products meet IT and Humana standards and deliver maximum value to end-users. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. This position supports a "transformative" approach to the way the Humana Technology Strategy organization manages its technology platforms grounded in principles with clear policy governed by metrics and service levels. The position is required to be able to provide focused leadership to advance this capability and the governance that goes with it.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of technical experience with general networking and server knowledge
- At least one (1) Scaled Agile Framework certification
- 2+ years of project or product leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders up to and including SVP and CIO, understanding their needs, and translating into product features which are aligned to the purpose of the product.
- Demonstrated acumen to build/maintain relationships
- Strong collaboration skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Owner or Product Management certification
- IT Service Management experience
- Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$123,800 - $170,300
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
