What you'll do
- Responsible for managing targeted Public / Government accounts in Malaysia
- Business development and building relationships with key stakeholders in Malaysia's public sector; Hunt for new opportunities in public / government segment
- Responsible for driving IGM % and receivables
- Work internally with End User Marketer, System Architect and Proposal team on specific propositions based on customer needs to deliver Value to your accounts
- Drive Specifications with consultants and influencers
- Drive engagements in accounts through Pilots, workshops
- Execute sales and deliver operational targets for Systems and Services, in the context of local market trends and opportunities
- Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting solutions provider
- Sales pipeline management and reporting progress to regional team
Strategic thinker and hungry for sales with focus on execution and strong understanding of B2B End-user business in Malaysia
- 5+ years of Sales experience gained from an IT / Technology / Automation vendor or system integrators
- Good network of contacts with End-Users, Specifiers, Contractors, etc. in Malaysia
- 3+ years of proven track-record in key account management, solution selling, and value-based selling principles in public / government segment is a must
- Experience with lighting solution-selling, or IoT solutions would be ideal
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
