We're looking for a Junior Electronics Engineer to join our Signify Agriculture R&D team Animal lighting in Pila, Poland.

As an Junior Electronics Engineer you'll be responsible for the design of LED circuits, drivers, and controls as well supporting role for quality, customers and validation.

You'll be part of the Signify Agriculture research and development team in Pila, Poland and its responsibilities, as a global team, are creating best-in-class lighting systems serving the animal market, so creativity, perseverance and collaboration must be in your DNA.

What you'll do
  • You'll create efficient and effective electronics (LED circuits, power and signal control circuits) that meet our customer's specifications
  • You'll create, optimize and test prototypes and make sure they meet market expectations.
  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional team members across the globe to improve and optimize design functionality, reliability, cost and manufacturability.
  • You'll delight and satisfy our customers, by incorporating their needs and our latest research and technologies into our products.
  • You will support project documentation, product validation, customer and quality support
  • You will be the technical contact for our component/product suppliers
Your qualifications
  • You've a Bachelor degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • You've thorough understanding of power electronics
  • You've the ability to learn rapidly
  • You're fluent English, and preferably German
  • You've the willingness to travel (
  • Background in LED light engine design could be an advantage
  • Experience with embedded software designs in ST Micro, Microchip or similar platforms and Mentor Graphics or Altium could be an advantage
