IT Support Specialist/LIS Service Desk Representative

Position Description
Under general supervision, the Help Desk Analyst responds to specific questions concerning Radio Frequency, In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV), Transportation Coordinators' - Automated Information for Movements System II (TC-AIMS II), and related products or services and support.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The Help Desk Analyst resolves all questions and issues related to system availability and access, and specifically:
Enterprise Account Creation,
Enterprise Account Password Resets,
Enterprise Account Modifications,
Unlocking of locked Enterprise accounts, when appropriate,
Responding to and distributing PL AMIS Software requests for Standalone Laptops,


Directing users to PL AMIS Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMIs) training files, and
CAC Login Process.

If required, the Help desk analyst will be provided specific ITV System training from the appropriate Logistics Information Systems (LIS) personnel on the use of the application and the associated tools necessary to implement the specified Tier 1 functionality.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 5-8 years of IT/Help Desk experience
- High School or equivalency
- SECRET clearance

Desired:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- TC-AIMS II experience

Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $40,000 to $80,000.
