As an HR Business Partner you'll have an opportunity to co-create a great place to work where people belong, have impact and take pride in the company we build together. Joining Signify as an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for leading the execution of the people agenda for the assigned business area in Poland (Functions), being an advisor, and challenging and coaching local management team members on employee matters with an outside-in perspective. What you'll do
  • Drive and implement people strategy, translating strategic business objectives into an effective people plan
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior business stakeholders
  • Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness and of key HR processes
  • Drive headcount productivity and lead initiatives to improve people performance against strategic needs
  • Lead talent management processes to support business strategy, partnering with the HR Center of Expertise for talent attraction, development, and retention
  • Shape organizational development initiatives and change programs aligned with business objectives
  • Comply with local employment policies and labor legislation, role model our culture and behaviors, and always acting with integrity
Your qualifications
  • Master's degree ideally in a related field (HR, psychology, business management, etc.)
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational and strategic HR matters within an international context, in different business areas and geographies
  • Excellent consulting and relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders
  • Planning, organizational, and project management skills, with experience in delivering on strategic organizational objectives within agreed timeframes
  • Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions to complex organizational issues
  • Good command and practical experience of Polish labor law
  • A can-do attitude and positive spirit
