Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Head of Product Marketing to join our Marketing team. This role will be strategic in the development, implementation, and management of the company's product marketing function. As Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for our product(s). You will work closely with the product, sales, and account management teams to develop messaging, positioning, and content that drive awareness, adoption and revenue growth. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be a key member of the marketing leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product marketing function and oversee the development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target audiences.
• Understand, document, and maintain Arcesium's target buyer personas and Ideal Customer profiles, including where they obtain information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the buying decisions they make.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop deep expertise on our key segments to build the knowledge required to build targeted positioning and messaging that drives customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
• Own the development of product messaging and content across platforms.
• Partner with marketing to deliver external marketing content and communications to fuel campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create compelling marketing collateral that simplifies a complex topic, surfacing the key business challenges, while driving broad awareness and interest.
• Work closely with product management as they develop the technology roadmap to identify key value drivers that have GTM implications.
• Lead Product launches by planning the launch of new product releases and measuring success.
• Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to develop sales enablement programs, presentations, and tools to communicate intended value of Arcesium.
• Evangelize customer success stories through written case studies, video testimonials, and work with Customer Marketing to build a formal reference program.
• Work closely with account management to monitor product feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Partner with key stakeholders in developing and maintaining relationships with industry analysts to enhance Arcesium's thought leadership position in the fintech industry.
• Brief press, analysts, and partners on solution offerings.
• Establish data backed measurable KPIs for all product marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Marketing experience at B2B SaaS based technology organizations.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Prior experience working in the financial technology industry, specifically targeting hedge funds, investment and asset management firms, private equity companies, or related financial services organizations, strongly preferred.
• Fantastic storytelling skills and ability to communicate and translate technical issues to business values.
• Demonstrated success in developing compelling positioning and marketing content for enterprise software products, including the ability to translate technical features into clear and compelling benefits.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, business acumen and proven ability to create senior management-level presentations.
• Solid Product Marketing acumen, with a preference for certification from the Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance or similar.
• Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and other departments.
• Decisive but flexible and able to perform and adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and fast-paced environment.
• Extremely self-motivated, with great time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Critical thinker, problem solver, with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering background or MBA a plus.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
