Job Summary



Mirror Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is the global market leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators. Currently MCi is expanding its product portfolio to other Automotive actuation solutions such as Active Aerodynamics & Motor cooling management.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an ERP Applications Analyst ideally located in Woerden, Netherlands.

Reporting to the Sr. Director IT, the ERP Applications Analyst ro le will be in charge of providing technical & administrative support for MCi ERP and related applications, ensuring ITIL practices are followed diligently at all times and aligning the ERP services provided with the needs of the Business.

Primary focus is on the stability of the systems, security and compliance with SOX, legal and corporate policies. Architecture, design, installation and setup of the ERP system and interfacing applications are core parts in this role.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Define, design, implement and hold up infrastructure & application solutions. Troubleshooting and debugging errors;
  • Develop new components, customize existing components in ERP development environment based on functional specifications;
  • Monitor, documentation and following up of incidents, problem, change tickets, contact users for having real metrics numbers. Development and testing according to Documentation;
  • Establish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers, and cross functional teams;
  • Adherence to Service level acceptance accord with the Business. Ensure timely reviews with stakeholders;
  • Ensure minimum 'MTTR (Mean time to Repair)' while fixing problems. Follow-up with proper root cause investigation, corrective & preventive actions with an aim to increase 'MTBF (Mean time between failures)';
  • Review goals to define success of operation, involved developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations(s) and may also have company-wide effect;
  • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Solid experience and proven knowledge with ERP (SAP) in one or more modules (e.g. FI/CO/SD/MM/PP);
  • Advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills, certifications are nice to have;
  • Strong communication skills in English & Dutch (verbal & written). G ood listening skills;
  • Ability to follow through on assignments with honesty and integrity.
