About the Role:
As a Strategic Enterprise Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our customers’ account-based marketing campaigns. As part of the Enterprise Account Support Team, this role will align to support Enterprise Customer Success Managers in data analytics, quality assurance reviews, and growth of our top 25 accounts. You will collaborate proactively across all internal teams to ensure high-quality, flawless reporting metrics on these omni-channel campaigns to provide actionable metrics. You will also be responsible for data and presentation creative development to stay ahead of market changes. If you have an analytical mind, and an interest in working with top tier accounts, you will thrive in this role.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with assigned Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM) to communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimizations through client facing documentation and reporting
- Build relationships with assigned Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM) and internal sales representatives to create a constant flow of communication and support for top tiered clients
- Act as a client consultant focused on increasing product adoption while improving customer retention and satisfaction
- Own the creation of data reporting for display advertising and lead generation campaigns throughout campaign life cycle
- Perform quality assurance checks on net new campaigns to ensure proper data entry for campaign delivery (Pre Launch QA)
- Provide support to a dedicated Enterprise Customer Success team to anticipate client needs, proactively offer recommendations, and offer the elevated level of responsiveness expected of superior client support.
- Shadow Enterprise Customer Success Manager’s on-boarding and post-launch calls to gather first person details and continue developing soft skill sets, including call wrap reports/emails.

Qualifications | Basic Requirements:
- 1+ year’s experience in data analytics, campaign operations, or client services OR data/analytical related
- Must have Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Salesforce, Google Analytics, Integrate, Marketo, Covertr, Eloqua experience is a plus
- Digital advertising and/or marketing technology knowledge a plus
