This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for designing and managing comprehensive global benefits and wellness programs.
As the Director of Global Benefits and Wellness, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our company's global benefits and wellness strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our programs align with the company's overall business objectives, attract and retain top talent, and support the holistic well-being of our diverse workforce
You'll Get To:
- Global Benefits and Wellness Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits and wellness strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- Integrate wellness initiatives into benefits programs to promote employee health, resilience, and work-life balance.
- Program Design and Implementation:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of global benefits and wellness programs, including health and wellness, mental health support, fitness programs, and other employee well-being initiatives.
- Ensure a balance between globally consistent programs available to all employees and programs aligned with country and regional norms align with our benefits and total rewards strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to tailor offerings to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Actively drive and manage benefit annual renewals with broker partners including benchmark reviews, enrollment processes, and developing branded communication plans.
- Lead benefit related M&A due diligence, resource planning, and integration activities.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure global benefits and wellness programs, including leave administration comply with relevant laws and regulations in each region.
- Mitigate risks by conducting regular audits, monitoring legislative changes, and adjusting programs as necessary.
- Work closely with internal business partners and broker partners to track benefits spend and analyze trends for all lines of coverage, including self-funded plans, to monitor program value and return on investment.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee relationships with brokers, benefits and wellness vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards.
- Evaluate and select new vendors to enhance the quality and efficiency of our benefits and wellness programs.
- Communication and Education:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about available benefits and wellness initiatives which also support increasing employee engagement and realizing full program value.
- Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams to ensure consistent communication and understanding of benefits and wellness programs across the organization.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CEBS) is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in global benefits and wellness management, with at least 5 years leading global benefits and wellness function, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
- Strong knowledge of global benefits and wellness regulations, compliance, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Exceptional data management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range:
USD $151,000.00 - USD $214,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
