We're looking for a Product Designer who'll be responsible for developing compelling concept and execution of the design, in close alignment with the business and development team.
You'll be part of the Signify Design Team which consists of over 60 people representing over 18 nationalities with offices in Europe, US and Asia. Together we are responsible for the design and user experience of all signify products, soenthusiasm and collaborationmust be in your DNA.
What you'll do
- Generate innovative product ideas and concepts based on the inputs of the product managers
- Bring these ideas to life in compelling stories, images and prototypes
- Develop the selected ideas into products in close collaboration with the R&D teams
- Support the businesses in longer term road mapping and identity creation
- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Product or industrial design or related field (e.g. Innovation, UX Design).
- > 3 years of experience in Product & System Design within a creative organization.
- Proven experience and working knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
- Good visualization skills (sketching,3D CAD and advanced modeling/surfacing skills)
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
