We're Sutherland, and we're now seeking compassionate customer service reps to join us in supporting one of our newest customers, a nonprofit organization that processes scholarships for students attending K-12 private schools.
Description
In this work from home role, you will have the opportunity to work with, and directly assist, both families and schools that participate in the scholarship program. This will include responding to incomings calls related to student inquiries as well as scholarship application and funding status to ensure that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied and students are registered.

Qualifications
- At least one year customer service/call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
- The ability to remain empathetic, personable and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations.
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation and the ability to multitask.
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
To work from home, all candidates must have wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download as well as a secure, quiet, distraction-free place to work. Sutherland will provide all equipment.
