Job Summary:

As a Compliance Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a robust compliance framework for our innovative Digital Services solutions. In this role, you will leverage your experience in Compliance-related product management within a large-scale, matrixed SaaS organization to drive excellence and ensure adherence to customer, regulators, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single-threaded Subject-Matter Expert ("SME") on all customer compliance matters. Own the compliance roadmap, working alongside product, engineering, Customer Support and Experience, Security, and Legal teams. This includes clarifying our Shared Responsibility Model, Security, Data Privacy, and Regulatory framework.
  • Lead the creation and enhancement of the compliance framework, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, legal, and security teams to integrate compliance requirements seamlessly into our products.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and work proactively to address potential compliance issues.
  • Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations and best practices, providing strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of compliance awareness and accountability across the organization.

Experience with the following highly preferred:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in a Compliance-related product management role within a large-scale, matrixed SaaS organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through ambiguity.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $137,000 to $225,000 per year
  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $124,000 to $204,000 per year

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
