The Role

Demonstrating a real passion for customer service, you’ll focus on the RFQ-hub Platform, supporting client trading in equities and derivatives. The role will require three critical focus areas: 

  • Providing excellent customer service to a broad range of clients and dealers 
  • Ensuring the fast and effective management of various workflows and hardware/application issues 
  • Documentation of support protocols and procedures to aid in increasing knowledge across teams 

How You’ll Help Take Us There 

As a member of the RFQ-hub client services team, you will be expected to advocate for our clients representing their service needs within the organization. We require an independent self-starter that can network and form strategic partnerships across Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation, Product Management, and external vendors. In addition to responding and monitoring all inbound client queries, we will expect you to work effectively during down time to coordinate client communications and assist with marketing and implementation projects as required by RFQ-hub’s business management. The goal is to keep our sales teams focused on selling the platform, while you take ownership of client service delivery for the RFQ-hub platform. 

What We're Looking for  

  • Ability to forge and maintain key customer, dealer and vendor relationships 
  • Introduce and deliver ideas for process improvement that will result in a competitive advantage for our platform 
  • Anticipate and analyze customer trends and risks, and craft solutions to address them 
  • Manage customer product communication and manage expectations on delivery timeframes 
  • Lead by example to demonstrate full ownership of extraordinary customer service 
  • Thorough understanding of equities and derivatives trading with 2+ years’ experience supporting a production environment.  
  • Understanding of FIX Protocol  
  • Basic SQL knowledge 
  • Solid presentation and communication skills in English. French speaking skills would add value but is definitely not a requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate succinctly and accurately to customers
  • Examples of managing and leading a project from start to finish
  • Hands-on experience supporting financial software

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $90,000 USD to $115,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
