We are looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing Manager - who can execute targeted marketing campaigns to build awareness, drive pipeline and strengthen partner go-to-market - to join our Consulting Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will oversee the development of marketing strategy, content development, and core messaging and positioning for a select set of alliances - as well as oversee a team of alliance marketers. You'll build and maintain relationships with alliance partners and collaborate with key stakeholders to clearly define requirements and deliver expected results.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of alliance marketers, aimed at building awareness, credibility and demand for our alliance relationships
  • Drive and own strategic planning as well as the intake and prioritization of ad-hoc requests based on business demand
  • Create strategic messaging and positioning for alliance relationships to differentiate Deloitte and advance awareness of capabilities, offerings, solutions and successes across the broader organization and in the marketplace
  • Build and deliver effective marketing programs that build pipeline and eminence for alliance programs and drive business growth for go-to-market initiatives; set best practice standards for the team to increase efficiency and repeatability
  • Oversee requirements to ensure campaign goals and objectives are identified, documented and accomplished, while carefully managing scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed schedules; drive resource allocation across a select group of alliances to optimize capacity against the alliance portfolio
  • Utilize agile expertise, knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology to make recommendations on leading, innovative, or other processes to increase efficiency and effective of Marketing Project Management activities
  • Maintain project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs with reporting and tracking of leads; consult and collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define requirements and expected results
  • Collaborate with key relationship managers, alliance, and sales teams to deepen collaboration and partnership across internal and external teams

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in professional services marketing or technology marketing; 3-5 years management experience
  • Experience leading teams in agile ways of working, with a preference for depth in marketing campaign management tools (including Workfront)
  • Strong performance in developing, managing and executing multichannel marketing and demand gen programs, with a collaborative mind-set, to consistently deliver high quality results
  • Experience in developing digital advertising, branding and social media to support event marketing activations
  • Experience leading by influence and ability to work within a matrixed organizational structure with a persistent focus on client service (both internal and external)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with proficiency presenting to senior executive audiences
  • Demonstrable organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and keep time sensitive, highly visible projects running smoothly
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience with technology alliance marketing experience preferred
  • Deep experience in project management software tools, with a preference for Workfront experience
  • Client-service mindset, with demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery
  • Strong team player who can build and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Strong ability to direct and handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
  • Availability for up to 25% travel, as needed.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700-$229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
